Very clean, welcoming staff , friendly staff

we had booked 2 rooms with friends - the rooms were beautiful, big, clean - the pool with the bar was great - the sea was right across the road and the beach was sandy without corals, so suitable for children - there was also a bar on the beach - they offered shisha everywhere - very good prices for excursions - but the biggest thank you goes to the employees, they were always smiling and helpful I would like to thank all the employees, because thanks to you, our stay was wonderful and unforgettable ❤️

I was a bit unsure if keeping the booking to the point that I looked for other options until the end. As every experience is different, I wanted to give it a go as it was one of the most affordable based on quality-price. Excellent customer service. Professional staff, available and polite at all times. I felt respected and listened to. Every time I asked for something they were willing to help and sort. Absolutely happy with my room. Was a bit dusty but since Covid I always take with me strong wet wipes for disinfection so I didn’t make a fuss about it. Balcony view was lovely the a big pool, cleaned at all times even though wasn’t much in use as the property is beachfront. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was a small table to have my coffee and two nice comfy chairs, a desk and a mini fridge . Adjacent the reception there’s a small market where you can buy stuff at last minute if you don’t want to walk and they accept cards. Location was excellent, 6 minutes walk to the old market, just outside the hotel you can grab taxi ( please agree price prior entering the vehicle as they are smart or they think they are) . A special thank goes to Ahmed at reception, kind and helpful man who helped with WiFi every time I needed . Waiter Ehiba ( sorry if misspelled), very polite waiter who brought me a nice welcome on my first night : fruit, water, tea and coffee!) A thanks to the domestic guy ( I don’t know his name ), very efficient and the young guy from the beach animation. It was definitely a very good experience and I recommend the place if you looking for affordability .

Turquoise Beach Hotel is a true delight! The moment I arrived, I was struck by how beautiful the place is—lush gardens, sparkling pools, and a perfect beachfront setting. The amenities are fantastic, with comfortable rooms, great dining options, and plenty to keep you entertained. But the best part? The staff. They went out of their way to make sure I had a great stay, always helpful and incredibly kind. It’s rare to find such a perfect mix of great facilities, stunning environment, and wonderful service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

In my opinion, in terms of price to quality, this is one of the best hotels in Sharm. It is just important to understand that for this modest money ($30-50 per day depending on the season for a double room with breakfast) you should not expect luxury. But it is very clean, quiet, there is a private beach a minute's walk away, and Old Sharm with restaurants and shops is a 10-minute walk away. Breakfasts are acceptable, although monotonous.
